反相悬浮法碱水解合成阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺

摘    要:采用反相悬浮聚合,加碱水解,共沸脱水的方法合成了分子量达107数量级的粉状、速溶阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺。确定最佳引发体系为K2S2O8-DM- NaHSO3,适宜的反应温度为35℃ ;研究了水解度与水解时间、水解温度、水解剂加量之间的关系,确定最佳水解时间为40min,水解温度为50℃, 碱与丙烯酰胺的摩尔比为0.2。实验结果表明,适当增加有机溶剂可解决反应后期体系粘度大、易交联产生不溶物、不易成粉等问题。初步探讨了聚丙烯酰胺分子量的测定方法,认为采用乌氏粘度计一点法,在25℃,0.2mol/L NaCl水溶液中测定样品的η],使ηr=1.2~1.5 ,试样质量浓度≤ 0.5g/L较好。η]=kMα 中,k取3.684×10-2,α取0.646。

Abstract:A powdery and rapidly dissolved anionic polyacrylamide(APAM) with molecular weight of more than 107 have been prepared by inverse suspension polyerization, alkali hydrolysis and azeotropic dehydration. The most effective initial system has been selected as K2S2O8-DM- NaHSO3. The most suitable reaction temperature is 35 ℃. The relationships between the hydrolysis degree (HD) of PAM and hydrolysis time, temperature, dose of the hydrolysis reagent have been studied and the optimum hydrolysis time is 40 min , hydrolysis temperature is 50 ℃, and the mol ratio of alkali vs acrylamide is 0.2. Problems due to high viscosity in reaction system , iclined cross-linking , powdery not coming up easily have been solved by diluting with solvent . And also the mea2surement methods of the PAM molecular weight have been discussed. In 0. 2 mol/ L NaCl , with temperature of25℃, the int rinsic viscosity of PAM is measured in one point by Ubbelohde. It is better for ηr=1.2~1.5, the content of sample less than 0.5g/ L and k ,α are 3. 684 ×10-2 , 0. 646 for calculating in 。η]=kMα .
