异向平行啮合型双螺杆挤出机熔体输送段三维流场分析

摘    要:建立了高聚物熔体在异向平行啮合型双螺杆挤出机熔体输送段的三维等温流动模型,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对流场进行了分析,求出了熔料在螺槽内的速度场、压力场和粘度场的分布。通过流率计算,分析了不同的啮合间隙及操作条件对此类挤出机工作特性的影响。

Abstract:A three dimensional isothermal flow field model was established for the power law fluid in the melt conveying zone in an intermeshing counter rotating twin screw extruder. The flow field was simulated by FEM(finite element method) package of ANSYS obtaining the profiles of the velocity, pressure and viscosity of the melt fluid in the extruder. The effect of the different geometrical variables and operational conditions on the operating characteristics of the extruder was analyzed.
