| 摘 要： | 本文对硫杂脯氨酸及其2-取代衍生物进行了量子化学计算。获得了原子净电荷、Mullikon键级、偶极矩、分子轨道和能级等。并初步探讨了硫杂脯氨酸及2-取代衍生物的抗癌机理。

Quantum Chemistry Study of Anti-Cancer Drug Thioproline and Its Derivates |

| Abstract: | This paper deals computation of quantum chemistry of thioproline and its 2-substitution derivates. The net electronic charge,mulliken bond order,dipole moment,molecular ortrtal and energy level are obtained.Based on these data,the anti-cancer mechanism of thioproline and its 2-substitution derivate has been preliminarly probed. |
