扩链剂对水性聚氨酯乳液的影响

摘    要:通过自乳化聚合引入低分子扩链剂制得具有嵌段结构的阴离子型水性聚氨酯乳液。研究了不同扩链剂及其用量对聚醚型和聚酯型聚氨酯乳液的影响。结果表明,以乙二醇为扩链剂制得的聚氨酯乳液稳定性较好,且所得的聚酯型聚氨酯涂膜的力学性能也较好,但耐水性较差。扩链剂的最佳用量为2.05%(质量分数)左右。

Abstract:By intercalating chain extender, the self emulsifying anionic waterborne polyurethane emulsions which have the block structure have been prepared. The effects of different chain extenders and different contents on polyurethane emulsions from polyether and polyester have been studied. The results indicate that a kind of polyurethane emulsion which has the good stability can be produced. The optimum chain extender is ethyleneglycol and the polyurethane film from polyester has the better mechanical properties, but the resistance to water is worse than polyurethane film from polyether. The optimum chain extender content is 2 05%.
