常压塔的侧线优化

摘    要:本文以炼油厂常压塔装置为研究对象,根据历史操作数据,结合机理分析,采用数理统计和系统辨识等技术,建立了常压塔产品质量指标(塔顶干点、一线初馏点、二线干点)的预测模型,并用最优化方法进行了优化计算。现场试验结果表明,预测模型能在线预测质量指标,优化计算结果可用来指导优化操作。

Abstract:In this paper, the predictive models of product quality indices(i. e. top dry point, first line initial point, second line dry point) of an atmospheric distillation column in a refinery are set up, using the statistics and system identification methods based on recorded operation data combined with mechanism analysis, which have been utilized to work out the optimum parametcrs of the process by means of an optimization method. Field-test results show that the predictive models are able to predict the quality indices os line and that the results of optimization calculation might be used to lead the operation to optimum.
