摘    要:文中研究了用连续逆流式超临界双塔浓缩和精制维生素K1的工艺方法。第一塔压力18~24MPa,温度35~50℃;第二塔压力8~11MPa,温度40~60℃;CO2与原料质量流量比由37.5到70。产品为清亮黄色油状液体,维生素K1的质量分数可达97.24%。

Abstract:Concentration of vitamin K1 by supercritical carbon dioxide with two continuo us countercurrent columns was performed. The pressure in the first column range d from 18MPa to 24MPa, and the temperature ranged from 35℃ to 50?℃. The range of the pressure in the second column was from 8MPa to 11MPa, and the temperature was from 40℃ to 60℃. The CO2/material mass flow rate ratio ranged from 37.5 to 70. The product obtained was a transparent yellow oil and contained 97.24% vitamin K1.
