深液层菌帽塔盘性能研究

摘    要:在直径600mm有机玻璃模拟塔内以空气-水为实验介质,对比研究3种结构型式底盘菌帽塔板在深液层鼓泡塔内的流体力学性能、传质效率及塔内液相返混状况。并给出估算总板压降及气含率的关联式。

Abstract:Hydrodynamics and mass transfer behaviours on the trays of three designs wereinvestigated with water and air. Experimental studies were carried out on bubbling trays ofdeep liquid layer in a 600mm diameter perspex simulator. Measurements in hydraulics.mass transfer and backmixing of liquid were made. Oxygen was used as the transferringsolute in mass transfer study. Correlations for pressure drop and gas content in liquid aregiven.
