摘    要:为全面保障大型建筑在施工及运营期间的结构健康和安全,基于信息化和物联网技术设计并实现了针对大跨度空间网格结构的健康监测系统。该系统具备结构健康状态监测多源数据的实时采集与传输、数据存储与处理、结构健康评估、异常状态报警以及三维模型展示等功能,系统通过集成大跨度空间网格结构多维状态数据,实现建筑的关键部件和整体结构的异常与完整性的判别,以及建筑整体健康的有效评估,为建筑的安全施工与运营提供了可靠保障。目前该系统已应用于某大型体育场并稳定运行,提升了体育场馆等大跨度空间网格结构建筑的智能化和安全管理水平。

Abstract:A health monitoring symtem for large-span space grid structures based on information technology and the Internet of Things has been designed to ensure the structural health and safety of large buildings during construction and operation. The system is equipped with real-time data collection and transmission, data storage and processing, structural health assessment, abnormal state alarms and a 3D model display for structural health monitoring. By integrating the multi-dimensional state data for the large-span space grid structure, the system allows discrimination between key components. This identifies any defects and ensures the overall structural integrity of the building, as well as giving an effective evaluation of the overall health, thus providing a reliable guarantee of safe construction and operation of the building. At present, the system has been applied to a large stadium and shown to operate in a stable fashion, improving the intelligence and safety management of such large-span spatial grid structure buildings.
