光固化涂层相对内应力与体积收缩率的研究

摘    要:根据光弹原理,用漫射式振光弹仪测定了光固化涂层与基材的相对内应力。结合光固化体积收缩力的测定,研究了丙烯酸单体官能度及结构对其涂层相对内应力及光固化体积收缩率的影响规律。这些参数对固化涂层的关键技术指标附着力至关重要。

Abstract:The relative internal stress of UV-curing coatings with bases is measured by using diffuse right polariscope WEM-300 based on the principle of photoelastic. The shrinkage or cured volume is measured. Thus the influence of the functionality and structure for acrylic monomer on the relative internal stress or the coatings and the shrinkage of cured volume are studied. These parameters are very important to study of the adhesion of UV-curing coatings.
