离子交换纤维静态吸附丹酚酸B的热力学研究

摘    要:用自制强碱性离子交换纤维,研究其静态吸附丹酚酸B的热力学性能。确定了所制离子交换纤维静态吸附丹酚酸B的最佳吸附溶剂为pH=9的60%甲醇水溶液。在静态条件下,得到不同浓度下的吸附等温线后,再拟合得到平衡时的Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附方程,从而计算得到吸附过程中的吸附焓、吉布斯自由能和吸附熵等热力学函数值。该吸附是一个自发进行的吸热、熵增过程。

Abstract:The static thermodynamic adsorption properties of a self-made strongly basic ion exchange fiber (IEF) for the adsorption of salvianolic acid B have been investigated. The best system for static adsorption of salvianolic acid B by the IEF was a 60% methanol aqueous solution at pH 9. Under static conditions, the adsorption enthalpy, the Gibbs free energy and the entropy of adsorption were obtained by measuring adsorption isotherms at different concentrations and fitting the Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherm equations. The adsorption is a spontaneous endothermic process involving an increase in entropy.
