低温固体硼碳氮稀土共渗的研究

摘    要:研究了硼-碳-氮-稀土共渗工艺及共渗层的组织性能,并与硼-碳-氮渗工艺及组织性能进行了比较,结果表明,在一定范围内,稀土具有明显的催渗作用;与B-C-M共渗相比,B-C-N-RE共渗层的耐磨性和耐蚀性明显提高。对B-C-N-RE共渗的机理及稀元素的作用进行了初步探讨。

Abstract:The process and structure of powder B C N RE co cementation are studied and the wear and corrosion properties of the co cementation layer are compared with those of boro carbonitriding layer. The results show that rare earth elements effectively promote the cementation process. Both wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the co cementation layer increase obviously in comparison with those of boro carbonitriding layer. The mechanism B C N RE co cementation and the effects of rare earth elements on the co cementation process are discussed.
