有机-无机烧结“合金型”材料中的碳含量及碳和杂质晶体的形态与结构

摘    要:文中提出了有机-无机烧结“合金型”材料,1700℃烧结样品的碳含量,碳和孔的形态,以及结构小的非主晶杂质晶体。测试和观察表明,材料中的碳含量与聚合物的性质关系较大。材料的常温耐压性能与碳含量没有对应关系,而碳的形态对性能影响较大,碳成网状分布有利提高材料的强度。高聚物对材料中杂质晶体的十成和分布有重要的影响。

Abstract:The carbon content, the morphology of carbon, porosity and impurity crystal in the construction were measured and observed. The results indicated that the carbon content had close relationship to the properties of polymers. The press-resistance of samples was not proportional to the carbon content, however, the morphologies of carbon had a strong effect on the property of samples. It was found that "carbon network" state would be beneficial to the raise of press-resistance. Another result obtained was that the polymer had an important influence on the formation and the distribution of impurity crystal.
