耐温型碳纤维拉挤复合材料连续抽油杆的制备和性能研究

摘    要:针对国内石油开采的抽油杆长期耐温使用的需要,研究了4种不同树脂基体的碳纤维拉挤复合材料的抽油杆样品,采用DSC分析了4种树脂基体的固化特征,通过力学性能和动态热机械分析了所得的4种碳纤维抽油杆样品的力学性能和耐热性能,并初步进行了碳纤维抽油杆的动态服役和实验室模拟的介质腐蚀静态实验。结果表明:制备的,种具有不同耐热等级的碳纤维抽油杆,可满足国内深井和超深井石油开采的抽油杆的耐温要求,具有良好的力学和耐温性能。

Abstract:Based on the need of long-term high temperature service of sucker rods for petroleum exploitation in China, four types of carbon-fiber-pultruded-composite (CFPC) sucker rod materials were prepared by a continuous pultrusion process using vinyl ester or epoxy resins as matrices. The curing characteristics of the 4 types of resins were studied by differential scanning calorimter (DSC). The quasi-static mechanical properties, laboratory simulated medium corrosion and dynamic service properties of the composites were investigated. Dynamic Mechanical Thermal Analysis (DMTA) was performed in a dual cantilever bending mode to measure the glass transition temperatures ( T _g) of the composites. Results show that the CFPC sucker rods have many advantages such as lightweight, high strength, corrosion resistance, etc. The long-term heat resistance of the CFPC sucker rods can meet the requirements of the deeper and super-deeper oil wells in China, and the further research on long-term service life of the CFPC sucker rods was also suggested.
