低于临界通道弯数振荡热管的传热特性

摘    要:文中通过管式铜-水闭合回路振荡热管的传热性能试验,分析了振荡热管稳定运行时充液率、倾斜角度以及加热水流量等因素对传热性能的影响,得出如下结论:最佳倾斜角度范围70°~90°;最佳充液范围50%~60%,随着加热水流量和倾斜角度的增大,最佳充液率呈上升趋势;振荡热管稳定运行时,绝热段各管管壁温度波动是有规律、周期性的。

Abstract:The oscillating heat pipes (OHPs) are complex two-phase systems which contain multiple parameters and multi-disciplinary physics. In this study, a copper-water looped was investigated and the influence of the charging ratio, inclination angle and the heating water flow rate on the heat transfer performance of the OHP was analyzed. The results show that the optimal inclination angle range is from 70°to 90°, the optimal charging ratio range is from 50% to 60%, and the optimal charging ratio goes up with the increase in the heating water flow rate and the inclination angle. In addition, the wall temperature in the adiabatic section fluctuates regularly and periodically under the steady working conditions.
