摘    要:研究了石英粉体颗粒粒径与休止角的关系,得出摩擦系数与平均粒径 d50 之间存在线性关系。计算出与摩擦力有关的粒径 df,提出了新的团聚参数F(50),定义为 df 与 d50 的比值。以石英砂试样为例对团聚参数进行了实验验证,结果表明粒径越小,团聚参数越大,符合粉体粒径越小团聚程度越大的实际情况,可以很好的表征粉体的团聚程度。

Abstract:By studying the relationship between the particle size of quartz powder and the angle of repose, a linear relationship between the coefficient of friction and the average particle size (d50) was obtained, and a parameter df which is related to friction is defined. A new agglomeration parameter F(50) defined as the ratio of df to d50 is proposed. Experimental studies of quartz powder with known particle size showed that decreasing the particle size leads to larger values of F(50). Since decreasing the particle size also leads to larger agglomeration parameters, thus F(50) can also be used as a good measure of the agglomeration parameter.
