聚丙烯酸树脂涂层的外增塑研究

摘    要:研究了三种增塑剂对玻璃化转变温度为50℃的甲基丙烯酸甲酯与甲基丙烯酸正丁酯共聚物涂层的力学性能的影响。结果表明,加入增塑剂后,涂膜的Tg下降到室温。同时还发现三种增塑剂的增塑效果只有与增塑剂的体积分数有关,与增塑剂种类无关,并从理论上解释了这一现象。

Abstract:The influence of three kinds of plasticizers on the mechanical properties of the acrylic coating formers was investigated. It was found that the glass transition temperature(Tg) of acrylic film mixed with plasticizers decreased to near the room temperature. It was also shown that the plasticizing efficiency is only related to the volume fraction of the plasticizers. The essence of this phenomenon has been theoretically explained.
