摘    要:以商用ZSM-5沸石为原料,采用降解法合成了孔壁含有沸石结构单元的Z-SBA-15介孔分子筛。利用XRD、TEM技术,考察了温度、时间、ZSM-5的硅铝比、降解液用量和初始凝胶pH值对合成产物的影响。结果表明:在晶化温度100~110℃,晶化时间36~48h,硅铝比为25~36,ZSM-5沸石降解液量15~30mL,初始凝胶pH值0.5~1.0时为合成适宜条件。此外,经Z-SBA-15样品结构分析,Z-SBA-15为具有Al—Si—O单元结构成分的SBA-15介孔材料。

Abstract:Z-SBA-15 mesoporous material with a zeolite structure in the pore walls has been synthesized by using a zeolite-dissolving method with the commercial ZSM-5 zeolite as raw material. The effect on the synthesis of varying the reaction temperature, reaction time, Si/Al ratio in the ZSM-5 precursor, amount of zeolite dissolving solution and pH value of the initial gel were investigated by means of XRD and TEM. The results showed that the optimum synthesis conditions are: temperature 100-110℃, reaction time 36-48h, Si/Al ratio in the ZSM-5 25-36, amount of zeolite-dissolving solution 15-30mL and pH value of the initial gel 0.5-1.0. Structural analysis of Z-SBA-15 showed that Z-SBA-15 is an SBA-15 mesoporous material with Al—Si—O pore walls.
