PU-PDMS涂膜表面疏水性与表面结构

摘    要:研究了聚氨酯(PU)与聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)共混涂膜表面疏水性随共混比的变化规律.发现共混涂膜疏水性明显优于纯PU膜.并且滑动角与共混比关系曲线有最佳点.用X射线光电子能谱及相差显微镜分析了涂膜的表面化学成份及相分布均一性,阐明了上述现象的原因.

Abstract:The relationship between the hydrophobicity of PU-PDMS coatings and their composition was investigated.It was found that the hydrophobicity of PU-PDMS coatings is better than that of pure PU coating.In addition, a significant feature, an optimum point,can be observed in the diagram of curve which shows the relation between slip angles and composihon of PU-PDMS coatings.The surface chemical component and the morphological structure of the PU-PDMS coatings were analyzed by means of XPS and Phase contrast microscope and the causes or above-mentioned phenomena were clarified.
