摘    要:以1,6-亚甲基桥10]轮烯-3,4-二羧酸乙酯为原料,经皂化、酸化直接得到了一种新型中间体1,6-亚甲基桥10]轮烯-3,4-二甲酸酐,该酸酐与相应的伯胺(苯胺,苄胺,苯乙胺,正丁胺)在醋酸中回流3 h,简便的合成了新型N-取代-1,6-亚甲基桥10]轮烯-3,4-二甲酰亚胺,并用1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS及HRMS等波谱进行了表征验证。

Abstract:1,6-Methano 10] annulene-3,4-dicarboxylic anhydride (2) was prepared by a convenient synthesis starting from diethyl 1,6-methano 10] annulene-3,4-dicarboxylate (1) via saponification followed by acidification. A series of N-amino substituted 1,6-methano10] annulene-3,4-dicarboximides (3a-d) were synthesized by re-action of (2) with different primary amines (aniline, benzylamine, phenylethylamine, n-butylamine) in refluxing in acetic acid for 3 h, and the structures of the new compounds were determined by ~1H-NMR and ~(13)C-NMR spec-troscopy, mass spectrometry and high resolution mass spectrometry.
