基于移动粒子半隐式法的齿轮搅油损失分析与试验验证

摘    要:将移动粒子半隐式法应用于齿轮搅油损失分析,以研究齿轮传动中搅油损失的内在特性.以单齿斜齿轮为对象分析其在不同浸油深度、齿轮转速和齿轮宽度条件下的搅油损失情况.分析结果表明,齿轮转速对搅油损失的影响最大;浸油深度对搅油损失的影响也较为显著;齿轮宽度对搅油损失的影响则不太明显.根据仿真分析结果建立了单齿斜齿轮搅油损失数学模型.搭建试验台架,通过试验与仿真数据的比较,验证了移动粒子半隐式法在计算搅油损失方面的可行性和准确性,从而为齿轮传动搅油损失的进一步研究提供了一种新方法.

Abstract:Moving Particle Semi-implicit (MPS) mesh-free particle method was used to analyze churning loss of gear in transmission system. Single helical gear was analyzed with the variables that are gear width, immersion depth and rotation speed. The results show rotation speed influents churning loss most, immersion depth influence is also remarkable, but gear width influence is less obvious. Then Churning loss calculation formula was proposed by the analysis results. The MPS feasibility and accuracy in the domain of churning loss analysis were validated after experiments. It provided a new method for gear churning loss research.
