钢桥面板纵肋现场对焊接头的疲劳性能

摘    要:对8个具有正交异性钢桥面板角钢纵肋现场对焊接头的试件进行了静力和疲劳试验研究,纵肋接头采用手工仰焊,考虑了纵肋对中偏差.试验结果表明纵肋对中偏差对接头的静力和疲劳性能有重要影响,经回归分析得到了疲劳强度曲线,为钢桥面板这类接头的疲劳设计提供了依据.

Abstract:Static and fatigue tests are carried out on eight specimens with the field-butt-welded L-section ribjoints of orthotropic steel bridge decks in this paper. The rib joints are welded manually in overhead position and themisalignment of ribs is considered. The test results show the misalignment of ribs has an important effect on static andfatigue behaviour of joints. The fatigue strength curve is obtained by regressive analysis, Which provides the basis forfatigue design of the joints.
