摘    要:研究了矿渣、硅灰、粉煤灰、石灰石、无水石膏等微粒子混合材对水泥浆流变性的影响.试验结果表明:水泥浆的屈服应力值一般随混合材的掺量增大而降低,但粘度的变化则因混合材种类和掺量不同有较大的差异当混合材总掺量≤15%时,石灰石微粉、硅灰、粉煤灰微粉、矿渣微粉可降低水泥浆体粘度,而无水石膏微粉则可提高水泥浆的粘度;当混合材掺量>15%时,水泥浆粘度与屈版应力值均随混合材掺量增大而显著降低.其中微粉矿渣的作用最为显著.单掺10%的石灰石微粉、硅灰、粉煤炭微粉及35%矿渣微粉可降低水泥浆的过度和屈服应力其作用效果:矿渣微粉>石灰石微粉>硅灰>粉煤灰微粉;单掺10%石膏微粉会使水泥浆的粘度和屈服应力大化度提高.

Abstract:In the paper, the effect of Ultra - fine Blended Materials (UBM) such as slag, silica fume, fly ash, limestone and anhydrous gypsum upon the cement Paste are researched and the test result shows that the yield stress value of the cement paste generally decreases with the increase of UBM quatity added. But the viscosity varies greatly with different types and UBM quantity added. Micro - power of limestone, silica fume, fly ash and slag can decrease the viscosity of the cement paste whereas ultra - fine anhydrous gypsum can increase the viscosity of the cement paste when UBM quantity is small. The viscosity and the yield stress of the cement paste decrease obviously with the increase of UBM quantity added, in which the effect of ultra - fime slag is most significant when UBM quantity is large. The viscosity and the yield stress of the cement Paste decrease obviously with the increase of UBM quantity added, in which the yield stress of the cement paste decrease obviously with the incare of UBM quantity added, in which the effect of ultra - fine slag is aret significant when UBM quantity is larg. The viscosity and yield stress can be decreased by a respective addition of 10% of ultra - fine limestone, silica fume, fly ash or a signle addition of 35% of ultre - fine slag, acting effect: slag > limestone silica fume> fly ash. The viscosity and the yield stress of the cement Paste can rise significantly by a single addition of 10% of ultra - fine gypsum.
