摘    要:根据Ames实验结果 ,分析对比预臭氧化和预氯化对各工艺过程去除致突变物质效果的影响 .预臭氧化工艺过程处理后水中的致突变性对TA98菌株加活化微粒 (S9)比不加S9更多 .预臭氧化工艺可以降低水的致突变活性 ,预臭氧化工艺水中的致突变物质的量比预氯化工艺总平均下降 2 0 %左右 .要进一步提高有机污染物去除效果 ,达到致突变实验的结果为阴性 (即致突比 <2 ) ,预臭氧化后还须增加后续处理工艺 .

Abstract:Mutagenic activity influences of drinking water treated by preozonation and prechlorination were analyzed and compared according to results of Ames test,respectively.The mutagenic activity with TA98 strain addition S9 was greater than that without S9 during the preozonation,which can reduce mutagenic effect.The mutagenic matters in water with preozonation were averagely decreased by 20% comparing with prechlorination.In order to improve removal efficiency of organic matter further,and reach negative (mutagenic radio<2) of mutagenicity,the subsequent treatment process after preozonation was considered necessarily.
