一种新型的光子晶体压力传感器

摘    要:通过研究带缺陷的一维光子晶体受压力后光带隙性能的变化,提出了改进型光子晶体压力传感器的理论模型.计算表明,压力的大小与透射光的波长之间有简单的线性对应关系,这样,就可以通过测量光子晶体的光带隙性能来判断压力的大小,也可以通过施加载荷来调制透射光的波长。

Abstract:The photonic band gap(PBG) property of a one-dimensional photonic crystal with a defect layer under pressure is studied,accordingly an improved model of pressure sensor is described.The results show that there are simple linear relationship between the pressure and the transmission wavelength associated with the defect.This makes it possible to know the load by studying the PBG property or to change the PBG property by loading.
