摘    要:通过不同负载压力(分别为不加载和加载3.20,8.00,12.7 kPa)的堆酵(3 d)实验,研究了负载压力对堆酵水分去除和处理产物污染物组成的影响.结果表明,负载压力对水分去除的影响呈现非线性特征,超过最优值(本实验中为8.00 kPa)后,水分去除率反而降低;一次堆酵的水分去除主要集中在最初的36 h.堆酵产物的可燃Cl,S和重金属等焚烧污染因子的含量增加,其增加率与水分去除率呈正相关;但是,入炉污染物总量和单位低位热值的污染因子含量降低,整体而言,大幅降低了生活垃圾焚烧衍生污染的潜力.

Abstract:To investigate the relation between the mass loading and the improvement of incineration properties, four trials of MSW stacking and fermentation under different mass loadings (0, 3.20, 8.00, 12.7 kPa) were carried out in the lab for 3 days. The results showed that water removal mainly occurred in the first 36 hours, and it had a nonlinear relationship with the mass loading. The water removal efficiency decreased when the mass loading was higher than the optimal value (8.00 kPa in these experiments). Although the concentrations of combustible Cl, S, and heavy metals in the pretreated waste increased, which were positively correlated with the quantity of the water removed, the decline of the total amount of these pollutants and their concentrations per unit of lower heating value was observed. Therefore, the incineration pollution potential had been improved greatly after the MSW stacking and fermentation process.
