| 摘 要： | 农地宗地模糊综合评估法是利用模糊理论并考虑被评估农地宗地地价相关的各个影响因素，根据模糊理论，对确定的各个地价影响因素不作确定的量性规定，探讨了农地宗地模糊综合评估法的基本原理及数学模型，并运用此方法对农地宗地进行模拟评估，就模糊综合评估法的实际应用进行了客观评价。

| Abstract: | The blurred approach utilizes the blurred theory,and takes account of every effected factor in relation to agricultural land price.It doesn't make any definite rules in quantity according to the blurred theory.In this paper,an approach of assessing agricultural land with blurred theory is suggested,and its fundamentals,mathematical pattern and technical route are discussed.Finally its application is evaluated. |
