摘    要:以长距离多层卷绕液压回路为研究对象,通过试验研究流体流经长距离多层卷绕液压回路时的压力损失情况.结果表明,在流体未达到临界雷诺数时,依然可能因为流体与软管的相互作用引起紊流,同时在管道总长度保持不变的层流状态下,流体的沿程压力损失随卷绕层数增多呈线性增大.通过引入液阻的概念得到了长距离连续变曲率弯曲管道压力损失的半经验计算公式.

Abstract:The hydraulic circuit with long-distance multilayer-winded hydraulic hose has been researched. Through transmission loss experiment, characteristic of fluid pressure loss in this special hydraulic circuit has been discovered. Based on the experiment data, the interaction of hydraulic hose and oil could also cause turbulence. With the whole length of hydraulic hose unchanged, the pressure loss increases when more layers the hose curves. And in laminar status, the pressure increases linearly. The concept of hydraulic resistance was introduced to derive the half- experience formula for calculating the pressure loss in the circuit of multilayer-winded hydraulic hose.
