摘    要:采用分层优化策略,运用进化寻优算法实现结构有限元模型的优化修正.根据设计变量对有限元模型影响的区别将其置于节点层与截面层分别执行进化寻优,两个层次的进化寻优交替进行直至问题收敛.建立了某型塔机的参数化有限元模型,根据实测的风致振动响应识别的模态参数采用所提出的方法对塔机的有限元模型进行了修正.修正结果表明,该方法可以有效地实现塔机的有限元模型修正,且修正计算效率高于对应的基于整体策略的修正方法.

Abstract:The finite element model of a tower crane is usually constructed on the basis of design drawings and relevant design codes, and often has to be updated according to corresponding experimental results to decrease their variations. This paper proposed a new method to update the finite element model by hierarchy strategy and evolutionary computation. The design variables were set into two uncoupled sub-spaces, i.e. node space and section space, and were optimized by evolutionary computation. As an example, the parametric finite element model of a tower crane was constructed, and updated according to its wind-induced vibration results. The results suggest that the proposed method is effective and efficient.
