基于轨道谱的铁道车辆主动悬挂轴间预瞄控制

摘    要:针对铁道车辆二系主动悬挂,考虑了轨道不平顺谱及轮轴时延的输入;依据最优控制理论,设计了整车的主动悬挂控制规律,并在整车垂向动力学模型上进行了仿真分析.分析表明,依据轨道不平顺谱以及轮轴时延能实现最佳的控制性能;但随着速度的提高,其相对于仅依靠轨道谱信息而设计最优控制规律的收益大幅下降;相对而言,铁道车辆依据轨道谱信息设计主动悬挂控制规律非常重要.

Abstract:In this paper, based on track irregularity spectrum and time delay between axles, control laws of railway vehicle secondary active suspension are designed according to optimal control theory, and simulated on a vertical railway vehicle model. Results show that profit gained by incorporating the time delay between axles in the control laws designed with track spectrum information decreases rapidly with the enhancement of running speed, comparatively including track spectrum is more important in control law design of railway vehicle active suspension.
