船撞桥设计理论的现状与需进一步研究的问题

世界范围内船舶与桥梁相撞的事件时有发生，已经成为航道桥梁工程设计的一个重要问题。我国在长江等航运繁忙的河流上修建了大量的桥梁并计划建造更多的桥梁。同时配合同－三线的建设和沿海岛屿的开发，正在和将要建设众多的跨海湾和跨海峡的桥梁工程。因此解决船撞桥梁的问题，以及制订相应的设计规范或设计掼成为摆在我国桥梁工作者面前的一个重要任务。为此概要地介绍了船－桥相撞研究的理论与实践意义，回顾此问题研究的国内外现状，并对今后应进行深入研究的主要问题进行了讨论。

State of Art of Ship Collision Design for Bridges and Future Research

Throughout the world,ship collisions with bridges take place every year,which has already become an important problem in the design of bridges crossing navigation channels.In China,many bridges have been constructed over busy rivers such as the Yangtse (which is a river with heavy navigation transportation),and some new bridges are in plan over this river.Meanwhile,with the development of Tong-San Highway and development of island economy,many bridges over sea bays or sea straits are being planned.Therefore,it is an important task for designers and researchers in the field of bridge engineering in China to develop design codes or design guidelines for ship collisions with bridges.In this paper,the authors emphasize the importance of ship collision to the safety of bridges crossing navigation rivers or sea straits.The current design methods for ship-bridge collisions are presented with the authors' comments and future researches required for ship-collision design of bridges are suggested.
