轿车车头道路模拟试验加载谱研究

摘    要:结合实际工作需要,通过远程参数控制技术在6通道多轴随机振动台上开发了轿车车头内零部件的室内道路模拟试验技术,正确、快速地模拟试件在试车场强化道路上的振动特性,缩短了试验周期,降低了试验费用,建立了制定试验标准的基本流程。

Abstract:The laboratory road simulation for components in the car front-body was developed according to the practical requirements by means of multi-axial simulation table with the remote parameter control technique.With this kind of technique we can rapidly and accurately simulate the vibration of the components in the car front-body on the proving ground,shorten the period of development,and save the cost.The basic procedure of making the test standards has been detailed established in delail.
