摘    要:浦江水上巴士交通是对新形势下上海城市水域资源的一种新的利用,水上新通道的构建有利于缓解日益拥挤的沿江、过江交通,并支持世博会的成功召开.通过大规模的调查和外部环境分析,把握水上巴士交通的可行性、功能定位、服务模式、线路走向.在非集计模型分析的基础上确定近期线路的服务水平及其相应的客流量,并提出配套的实施建议.同时,在城市交通的宏观背景下,试图与企业合作培育其水上客运市场,分阶段地打造黄浦江“水上公共客运通道+休闲游憩走廊”.

Abstract:Water bus on Huangpu River can be taken as new utilization of urban water area in shanghai.It can effectively support World expo 2010,and the new water-transport corridor can mitigate congestion of along-river and across-river traffic.On the basis of large-scale investigation and analysis of exterior environment,this paper elaborates feasibility,function,service mode and route of Water bus.Based on disaggregate model analysis,water bus ridership with different level of service is estimated,and corresponding implementation strategy is also put forward.Moreover,it is proposed that operators including enterprises should cooporate to bring up the market so as to guarantee Huangpu river's successful development toward "Traveler transport passage Tourist recreation corridor".
