智能网中业务流量的控制算法

摘    要:简要介绍智能网的相关概念,分析流量过载产生的原因和控制机制,国际电信联盟和欧洲电信标准协会建议,在限定呼叫条件下使用Callgap和Percent流量控制算法.根据对Callgap和Percent算法比较的结果,重点研究基于速率的令牌桶流量控制策略;依据算法健壮性的要求,对令牌队列长度和令牌产生速率进行分析,通过实验确定令牌速率调整的因子,并且用平均系统时延和系统损失率作为性能指标,对速率调整的结果进行比较.仿真结果表明,调整令牌速率的控制算法是一种较优的算法.

Abstract:This paper introduces the correlation conception of intelligent network, and analyzes the mechanism of bringing out and controlling the overload. International Telecommunications Union and European Telecommunications Standard Institute suggest to adopt Callgap and Percent flow algorithm when restricting calls. Based on the comparison of Callgap and Percent,we discuss the token beaky algorithm of rate control. According to the conception of the robustness, we analyze the capacity of token bank and token arriving rate, and make a series of experiments to get the increase/decrease factors of rate. Based on system delay and system loss performance requirements, we compare the invariable and variable rate control algorithm. The simulation results show that variable rate control is an optimized algorithm.
