| 摘 要： | 集成化供应链绩效及其评价体系是当前该领域的研究重点和难点。为此结合国内外已经取得的研究成果，给出了集成化供应链绩效的系统定义；然后分别以顾客价值和供应链价值为基础建立集成化供应链绩效的多层评价指标体系。该体系由顾客满意、供应链投入、供应链产出和供应链财务等4个二级指标、23个基本指标组成。

| Abstract: | Integrated supply chain performance (ISCP) and its measurement system are the emphases and difficulties of current theoretical study in their fields.Integrating the internal and external research achievements,this paper gives the definition of ISCP.Then based on the customer value and supply chain value,it establishes the multi-level measurement system of ISCP,which consists of four 2nd echelon indexes,namely customer satisfaction,supply chain input,output and financial status and 26 fundamental indexes. |
