| Abstract: | In the paper, the modes of the tire-pavement system and the coefficient of damp of the compact asphalt pavement are measured with experiment. Based on the experiment results, an analysis of the mechanism of noise reduction and vibration of the new type pavement is made. A dynamical optimum design of the compact asphalt pavement and reduction of the traffic noise are made feasible on a theoretical basis. |
