| 摘 要： | 阐释了一体化管理体系及其有效性的内涵，提出了其有效性的评价原则，并且针对以质量、环境和职业健康安全这三个管理体系整合为基础的三元一体化管理体系设计评价指标体系，采用层次分析法来确定该评价指标体系中的权重，以实例探讨如何对其有效性进行评价与结果分析．

| Abstract: | This paper elaborates on the implications of the integrated management systems(IMS) and its effectiveness.And the principles for evaluating the effectiveness of IMS are then advanced.An evaluation index system for the three-dimensional IMS based on integrating the management systems of quality,environment and occupational health and safety is designed with further study on assigning weights to the indexes through the application of analytical hierarchy process(AHP).A case is finally presented to evaluate the effectiveness of IMS and analyze the results of evaluation. |
