烟气湿法脱硫脱水结构的试验研究

摘    要:锅炉、炉窑排出的烟气中酸性气体组分对环境的污染正引起国内科研人员的广泛关注,针对现阶段脱硫效果最好的湿法脱硫进行中试试验研究,通过试验比较了两种集脱硫、除尘、脱水功能于一体的结构的优劣,得出药剂浓度与水气比分别对脱硫脱水效果的影响趋势。

Abstract:The phenomenon of environmental pollution which is caused by the acidic component contained in the flue gas from the boiler and furnace consuming solid fuel or heavy oil is now being focused on attention by domestic researchers. This paper deals with the moderate scale experimental research on wet flue gas desulphurizing, which is of best effect of desulphurizing till now. Experimental comparisons are carried out for two integrative structures with the function of desulphurizing, dedusting and dewatering in one, as well as the influence result of solution concentration and the flow ratio of water to the flue gas vs. the effect of desulphrizing and dewatering, respectively.
