| 摘 要： | 运用OpenCV和Halcon图形开发工具,以VC++6.0为基础开发平台,采用背景消减法和基于区域特征的跟踪算法实现视频图像中车辆运动目标的提取与跟踪,并将数据信息实时保存至文件中.在视频数据信息中处理提取冲突车辆的运动轨迹、速度、加速度等微观交通参数,实现交通冲突微观参数采集.综合减速度、角速度、速度和距离等指标建立多参数交通冲突判断方法,根据车辆的轨迹、速度和加速度曲线对车辆的运行特征做出分析,初步实现简单交通条件下机动车交通冲突视频自动检测.
