| 摘 要： | 介绍了概念规划的概念,阐述了概念规划的特点.概念规划反映的是一种趋势、一种意向,其特征是创意与速度,强调内容简化、重点突出,强调多目标、多方案的比较,强调规划的灵活性,淡化时间期限,注重动态特征.初步探索了概念规划在“长三角”城际轨道交通规划中的运用.

| Abstract: | Referring to foreign successful experiences,the cognizance about the conception plan has been put forward.The characteristic and base of the conception plan have been discussed,considering that the conception plan reflects a tendency and an intention.It's characteristic is a blazing new idea and velocity,it's base is protruding the abstraction of transit conception.According to the related theory of the conception plan,it's application of inter-city rail transit (ICRT) planning in Yangtze Delta is explored. |
