摘    要:将用水按性质划分为生活、农业、产业、生态四类,并在此基础上建立了流域水资源的区域权配置模型.为使该模型更具有操作性,采用层次分析法(AHP)对模型的关键因子——生活、农业、产业、生态四类不同性质用水的权重进行了测算.

Abstract:Water resources can be categorized into water for life,agriculture,industry and ecology with the allocation of basin water resources.In order to make the model of basin water resources allocation more practical,analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is adopted in the paper to calculate the proportion of the key factors-water for life,agriculture,industry and ecology,arriving at an instructive conclusion that an ideal proportion of these four key factors is supposed to be 0.432,0.210,0.111 and 0.247.A breakthrough has meanwhile been made in the rigid practice of using AHP in its usual state,thus providing some clues to the employment of AHP in a wider range.
