水射流破碎水泥路面的微结构损伤模型及仿真

摘    要:研究了水射流对水泥混凝土路面的破碎机理.利用细观损伤力学理论建立了水射流作用下水泥路面碎裂的微结构损伤模型,用有限元方法求解模型,得到了不同压力和速度的射流作用到水泥混凝土表面时在混凝土路面板块中产生Von—Mises等效应力.当表面冲击压力为144MPa时,达到混凝土临界破坏点.计算结果与实验结果的一致验证了模型的正确性。

Abstract:Studies on the mechanism of water-jet demolishing concrete road slabs have be done.A new damage model of microcrack-weakened concrete road slab was developed.Relationship between impacting pressure and min.Von-Mises stress is gained by simulating the demolishment process of concrete road slabs along with different jetting pressure and speed by means of finite element method.As jetting pressure is up to 144 MPa,the critical demolishing point appeared.The conformity of the result from calculation with that from test verified the legitimacy of this model.
