汽车制动器摩擦颤振综述

摘    要:制动器摩擦颤振是由制动器的自激振动引起的低频结构振动和空气传播噪声现象,具有明显的间歇性和冲击性特征.论文从试验研究与分析、发生机理与理论、建模与仿真分析等方面进行文献综述,建议从底盘角和制动器两个层次的多维多尺度空间运动切入,深入研究制动器摩擦颤振的发生机理及其控制方法.

Abstract:Frictional brake groan is self-excited low-frequency structural vibration and associated airborne noise, which has obvious intermittent and impulsive characterizations. With the rapid and huge popularization of automatic transmission vehicles, there is growing attention from automotive industry, but no effective control methods. Hence, a comprehensive literature survey on brake groan is conducted from the aspects of experimental studies, generation mechanisms and related theories, modeling and simulation analysis. On the basis of discussion, research suggestions for future are highlighted.
