| 摘 要： | 对上海 3个不同功能的下沉广场进行了用后评价 ,发现有的下沉广场有较高的使用率 ,有的下沉广场则有较高的满意度 ,其原因与城市设计中的交通组织、开敞空间位置、商业配套等要素有关 ,也与广场的设施和管理等方面有关 .研究发现 ,人们对较大面积的下沉广场有更高的要求

| Abstract: | The study explores the post occupancy evaluation (POE) of three sunk plazas in Shanghai. The results indicated plaza satisfaction was strongly related to ambience, amenities and management of plaza, as well as the traffic, the location of open space and amounts of retails of plazas. |
