用于电动汽车电机驱动器的驱动电源分析

摘    要:从输出电源品质、开关电源变压器的分布电容、电源的抗高频干扰措施以及温度影响等方面详细分析了用于电动汽车电机驱动器的大功率高频智能功率模块(IPM)对驱动电源的特殊要求,提出一种实用的电动汽车电机驱动器的大功率IPM的专用驱动电源,该电源为以UC2843作为控制芯片的单端反激式驱动电源,具有瞬态响应快、稳定性好、输出电压精度高等优点.实验结果证明,该电源能够很好地满足电动汽车电机驱动器的大功率IPM对驱动电源的要求.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the special request for the power supply for high power intelligent power module (IPM) from output power character,distributing capacity of the transformer,methods on resisting high frequen- cy reference and work temperature,and presents a practical special driving power supply circuit for high power IPM used in electric vehicle (EV) inverter.The power supply is a kind of single-ended feedback based on UC2843,and has many advantages such as quick transient response,high stability and high output voltage pre- cision,etc.From the result of experiment,it is proved that the power supply can meet the special request of the high power IPM for driving power supply used in EV inverter.
