各向异性复合材料圆柱薄壳轴压下的屈曲性能

摘    要:复合材料具有强度高,比强度大,材料性能可设计等优点,由各向异性复合材料制成的薄壳广泛地应用于海洋、航空和军工工业之中,根据边界层理论,采用奇异摄动法,考虑非线性前屈曲、大挠度和初始几何缺陷的影响,分析在两端固支条件下,各向异性层合圆柱壳在轴压下的屈曲和后屈曲性态,以挠度为摄动参数,求后屈曲平衡方程的渐进解并导出后屈曲平衡路径的四级表达式,同时给出了确定临界荷载的方法。

Abstract:A buckling and post-buckling analysis is presented for an anisotropic laminated cylindrical shell of finite length to axial compression.The formulations are based on a boundary layer theory of thin shell's buckling which includes the effects of the nonlinear pre-buckling deformation,the nonlinear large deflection in the post-buckling range and the initial geometrical imperfection of the shell.The analysis uses a singular perturbation technique which takes deflection as perturbation parameter to determine the buckling load and post-buckling equilibrium paths.The large deflections of formulations are divided into a series of linear in the course of solving.The results are gotten according to the number given.The author thinks that a simple and accurate method is presented on the analysis of buckling and post-buckling.
