摘    要:分析了具有交叉支撑的三大件转向架的4种平面形位偏差对转向架在直线上的运行特性的影响,研究了这4种偏差对转向架轮偏磨、横向作用力、轮对横向偏移量的关系,分析了这4种偏差与转向架对角线偏差和轴距偏差之间的关系,提出了转向架正位检测的主要对象和必要性。

Abstract:A theoretical analysis has been carried out on the effects of shape misalignment of a three-piece bogie regarding the dynamic performances on straight track. Four types of basic misalignments has been classified and investigated respectively for lateral misalignment of wheelsets, lateral guiding forces, attack angles and wear work on contact points. The results show the importance and possible methods of controlling of these misalignments.
