基于灰色关联度的高炉冷却壁整体优化

摘    要:基于灰色关联度分析方法,研究了高炉冷却壁冷却水管半径、冷却水管间距、水管距热面距离 、冷却壁壁体厚度等对冷却壁热面最高温度和热应力的影响。综合冷却壁结构优化分析,得到冷却壁最优结构尺寸组合是:水管半径20mm、水管间距为220mm,水管距热面距离为90mm和冷却壁壁体厚度125mm。

Abstract:Based on the grey correlation analysis, which studied the effect of the structural parameters of BF Cooling Stave on its highest temperature and thermal stress of the hot surface. The structural parameters studied in this paper included the radius of cooling water pipes , space between cooling water pipes, distance between the cooling water pipes and hot surface and thickness of stave. Taking the highest temperature and thermal stress into consideration, the best arrange of the cooling stave is: the radius of the cooling stave is 20mm, the space between cooling water pipes is 220mm,the distance between the cooling pipes is 90mm and the hot surface and the thickness of cooling stave is 125mm.
