| 摘 要： | 给出了合同状态的定义和合同状态的数学描述方法．通过对合同状态变化本质的研究，揭示了合同执行的机理，建立了合同执行系统的自适应控制模型，给出了索赔机会识别的方法，为合同管理和合同索赔管理提供了方法论指导．

| Abstract: | Firstly, the engineering contract status was defined and a method of describing the status was proposed, then the contract executing mechanism was revealed on the basis of an analysis of the contract status. Thirdly, a self-adaptive control model of the contract executing system was established. Finally, the methods of identifying the opportunity of claims were discussed, and the methodology of contract and claim management was proposed. |
