工程项目信息门户的开发与应用实践

结合国内大型建设工程项目在项目管理过程中开发与应用项目信息门户的实践,就项目信息门户与信息平台的内涵、结构、功能及其使用进行研究.重点从项目信息门户与项目管理信息系统的区别、项目信息门户与项目主题网站的区别,以及信息化在为项目建设增值中所起的作用及影响方面说明其重要性.提出在当前我国大型工程项目建设中推广运用信息平台所应注意的具体问题,并对其具体实施的方法提出建议.

Development and Application of Construction Project Information Portal

Based on the experiences in the development and deployment of project information portal for large-scale construction projects in China,the definition,mechanism,function as well as application of project information portal and project information platform for big construction projects have been studied in this article.The importance of a project information portal in terms of adding value to a project,differentiating itself from a project management information system and a project specific web-site have also been discussed.The major issues as well as the appropriate solutions involved in implementing project information portal in a large-scale construction project in our country have been proposed.
