多排焊钉推出试验试件力学性能

摘    要:单排焊钉推出试验与多排焊钉推出试验得到的单钉承载力有一定的差别,为了明确焊钉排数对多排焊钉的抗剪承载力的影响,进行了1组单排焊钉基本力学试验和4组不同排数的多排焊钉力学性能试验.试验结果表明,焊钉排数对焊钉的抗剪承载力有影响,换算得到的单个焊钉承载力随排数的增加而降低,焊钉排数的影响随排数的增加而趋于稳定,其影响值在15%以内.结合试验结果,给出了焊钉排数对其抗剪承载力影响的表达式.此外,根据多排焊钉的荷载滑移曲线,给出了多排焊钉的荷载滑移关系表达式,与试验结果比较表明,所给表达式的结果与试验结果吻合较好.

Abstract:The shear bearing capacity of single stud obtained by single-row stud push-out test and that obtained by multi-row stud push-out test are different in some degree. In order to clarify the effect of the stud row quantity on the ultimate strength of the stud, one group of single stud pust-out test and four groups of different rows stud push-out tests were carried out. The test results show that the amount of stud rows affect the stud shear bearing capacity, and the calculating capacity of single stud connector decreases by increasing the amount of stud rows, while finally the influence of the amount of stud rows is close to stable with the increase of the amount of row, also the influence value is within 15%. Combined with the push-out test, the expression of the amount of stud row affecting the shear bearing capacity of stud is given. In addition, based on the load-slip curves of multi-row stud, the expression of the load-slip relation of multi-row stud is proposed. Compared to testing results, the new expression has a better match with the experimental values.
